Brothers

Bino has been wanting to hold "the baby brother" ever since we brought him home. We finally gave him his chance a few days ago, and he did a pretty good job of it. Look at that smile! He was terribly proud of himself.

The baby brother still needs a blog name of his own, by the way. Suggestions are welcome.

The baby brother

Bino's brother was born on April 6, 2009, at 1:14 pm. He weighed 5 pounds, 12 ounces, and was 19 inches long. As luck would have it, Bino came down with a fever that very day (daycare even called us to pick him up from school early!), and so we had to keep the brothers separated until leaving the hospital. They did allow Bino to peek at his new brother through the glass of the nursery, however, and once we got home, Bino was very excited about getting to see and touch his new baby brother up close.

It's good to be home as a family.
