Salt marsh

Here we are in another part of the park. The photos really don't do justice to how beautiful the place is. Pedro says I look like an alien in this last picture. He's right, but Bino's so proud of himself sitting on that bench that I'll post it anyway.

Exuberant Bino

Sunday was absolutely beautiful here, so we headed off to Plum Island and the national wildlife refuge thereon. Except for the birds, the wildlife knew better than we did, and chose not to come out in this weather. Though it looked gorgeous out, we were actually quite cold, but we still had a good time. Here we are at the edge of the Atlantic. Bino loves the water: if he'd had his way, he'd have wandered right in. He looks happy, doesn't he?

What barns are good for

Hard to believe it's March already. Between work and Bino and life in general, we just haven't had as much time as we once did for keeping up with the blog. There's too much cuteness happening not to share, though, so here we go:

Bino has two new fascinations: one is for cars (or "caaaaaahs", as Bino says, in what sounds very much like a Bostonian accent), and the other for our Roomba robot (whom Bino calls "bobo"). His plastic farm animals have been displaced to make room for toy cars like this one. We know that Tata and Uncle James will approve.
