Botanical Bino

We have so many beautiful pictures from our time in Guatemala, but since we know Yaya is camera shy and we're not sure about the rest of Pedro's family, we won't post those pictures here (yet). We took this one in the garden of Yaya and Yayo. The warmth and light were beautiful, perhaps moreso given the fact we'd just come from the cold northeast US. The outift that Bino is wearing is a newborn size (!). It was a gift from Mimi and Dandad, and he was only just then able to wear it for the first time.

We're back.

It's been a long time since we've updated Bino's blog. Since we last wrote, Bino has celebrated his first three Christmases-- one in Kentucky, one here in Massachusetts, and a third very memorable one in Guatemala. Since returning from our vacations, it's taken a while for us to get used to caring for Bino all by ourselves again-- he really thrived on all the extra attention. He turned seven months old this past Thursday, and finally seems big enough to fully enjoy Mimi and Dandad's exersaucer, as you can see here.
