A public service announcement: do's and don'ts of good dental hygiene

DO brush your teeth daily.
DON'T rinse your toothbrush in your bath water.

We used to have a terrible time brushing Bino's teeth, but now he's become an enthusiastic proponent of tooth-brushing.   In fact, "brush your teeth" is his first three-word sentence.  In addition to passing on this important message at all opportune moments, Bino enjoys singing songs about toothbrushing, watching others brush their teeth in person and on youtube, brushing the teeth of his parents or stuffed animals, and brushing (or pretending to brush) his own teeth multiple times daily.

New dance moves

Bino has added head, arm, and full body movements to the stomping dance he used to do.   He prefers to dance with accompaniment, but sometimes the music in his head is enough.  We need to enter this kid in a contest.

Cavorting in the snow

We must have taken this video back in late February or early March, during the best snow we had of the season. It took a little while for Bino to figure out just how exactly to move in the snowsuit and boots, but once he got the hang of it, all was well. That's "Twinkle twinkle little star" (or the ABC song?) that he's singing.

Grandparents

Mimi and Tata drove all the way up here from Kentucky to visit us for a few days last week. Bino is still experiencing withdrawal symptoms.

So are we.

Check out Bino's new garage. His farm animals have a home again... sometimes. There's a new problem, though. Bino has found the top level of the garage so enticing he thinks he'd like to hang out there himself... and so he's taken to planting his little knee up there and trying to pull the rest of himself up there, too. After we'd redirected his attention, we caught him scaling the coffee table.
